We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied you may return it for store credit, or exchange it for another product, or receive a refund.

  • No returns on customized products or sale items.
  • All other items may be exchanged for store credit up to 10 days following the date you received your order.
  • All returns/exchanges must have an RA (Return Authorization) number
  • Items sent back without an RA number will be returned to the customer
  • Please email pmorris@sweetpskincare.com or call 520-909-1192 to process return and receive RA number

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact pmorris@sweetpskincare.com and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
