We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied you may return it for store credit, or exchange it for another product.
- No returns on customized products or sale items.
- All other items may be exchanged for store credit up to 10 days following the date you received your order.
- All returns/exchanges must have an RA (Return Authorization) number
- Items sent back without an RA number will be returned to the customer
- Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
